Yoga Bhakti Dharma is a spiritual organization dedicated to developing the awareness of one

The Yogi Bhakti Dharma Teacher Training program at Come Together Yoga is ideal for seasoned teachers and dedicated practitioners. The program will start on October 30 and end on November 20. There is an eight-day immersion from October 30 to November 6 and then two more weekend immersions, November 11 to 13 and November 18 to 20. The final weekend will take place at a beautiful retreat in upstate New York.

* How to sequence and teach a hatha yoga class
* How to assess and assist students
* Anatomy and the physical benefits of yoga
* Pranayama (breathing exercises)
* Yogic nutrition and introduction to ayurveda
* Deep relaxation and yoga nidra
* Meditation
* Yogic philosophy
