Yoga in the Park—HTS Project: Fifth Year of Free Yoga for a Free World

The HTS Project, which runs from spring to fall, will start its 2016 season on Saturday, April 23, at 10 a.m. in Kissena Park, in Fresh Meadows. It is celebrating its fifth anniversary of free yoga to the community. The HTS Project—run by yoga teachers Jordie Landauro (Omkari), Christine Bumiller (Narayani), Lindsay Grobman and Sarah Murray—covers extensive free yoga classes, including teachings of yoga philosophy, workshops of pranayama, meditation, positive thinking, health coaching and self-improvement.
