This coming July, Breathe N Flow Yoga, in Freeport, will be offering its 300-hour Advanced Yoga 
Teacher Training, which is a great opportunity for yoga instructors to advance their practice and deepen their knowledge of yoga instruction. Over the course of 12 months, each student must complete a total of 300 hours consisting of both mandatory and elective trainings under the guidance of qualified and experienced teachers. Monthly training modules begin this summer; the first is Friday, July 15, through Sunday, July 17.
