The ninth annual Gaia’s Essence Women’s Wellness Conference will be held September 2, from 9 
a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Melville Marriott. The event has become a safe place for women to connect, empower and educate each other on living healthier, happier lives. The theme this year, Embrace Your Story, celebrates women on their journey of life. Often we may be ashamed or angry at setbacks, life lessons or paths our lives may have taken. The conference is about giving us the tools and mental fortitude to transform the perception of our experiences.
This year’s keynote speaker is Dr. Linda Golden, a graduate of the New York University Dental School. She has an extensive background in intergrade biological and holistic dentistry. We look forward to a lively and engaging address as she shares her journey. Conference attendees will have the opportunity to attend seminars given by guest speakers, including Dr. Mike Berlin, of LI Club Reduce Wellness Center, and Farnia Fresnel, of the Lenserf Group.
