Join us in this ritual experience as we explore two potent energy centers of the body: svadisthana, the second chakra, and manipura, the third chakra. Svadisthana is characterized by the water element and corresponds to the sublime and sacred flow of our fluid body, which often dictates how we move and respond to change. Manipura, the fire element, connects us to the vital heat that radiates from the cellular level, which manifests in our confidence and personal power.
In this workshop, we will activate energy to heal and open to experience through a creative journey of water and fire rituals, asana practice, live drumming and free-form movement. We will cultivate sacred healing energy to initiate change from within in order to shift our external world.
