Owner Leah Hartofelis planted the seeds to open her yoga studio, Breathe N Flow Yoga (BNF Yoga), seven years ago. Roots were grounded in Freeport, where BNF Yoga flourished, and now branches are extending to Oceanside! BNF Oceanside is expected to open in February. The new space will be a great complement to the original location, with a core group of skilled teachers and wide variety of offerings, including but not limited to, prenatal, restorative, yin, vinyasa and family-style yoga classes.
