Breakfast: 1/4 cup of quick oats (made with 1/2 rice milk half water), 1/2 cup of mixed nuts, five plantain chips on top
Lunch: Sweet Kale Veggie Salad
Dinner: No meet!: Eggs, I am making my version of an onion, potato scramble
NO SNACKS! Three meals….DAY ONE!
An alternative to this is for me is to fast today. Truly fast until dinner…but I am not gonna do that 😉
