The primary goal of Tracy Cleary’s new venture, Pure & Simple Health, in Rockville Centre, is “to take the guess work out of wellness. So many people feel overwhelmed by the thought of wellness,” says Cleary, “that our goal was to make it simple and manageable, so that the wellness goals are attainable.” For some people, it may be as simple as changing the water they drink. Cleary is a proponent of alkaline water and often holds educational classes on the benefits. “If that is all they can handle, then that may be their first step.” For others, it starts in Pure & Simple’s excipient- and preservative-free retail vitamin shop. This is not like any other vitamin store, because it starts with a free basic Zyto scan to determine what your biologic preferences and nutritional needs are. Currently, Pure & Simple is offering this Zyto scan free in the retail section. Clients can stop in for a reading and determine what nutritional support their specific body is in need of.
Yet, Pure & Simple is much more than a retail vitamin store; it offers ionic detox foot baths, bioidentical oxygen, Earthing products, alkaline water, massage, a place for wellness lectures and workshops, and a truly unique form of counseling called Zyto EVOX. On EVOX, Cleary states: “Often the reason people can’t obtain wellness is because we are keeping ourselves from it.
