Rosenbaum’s approach is not the typical one. He says, “I believe that people divorce because they have come to see life differently and have vastly different priorities. I do not believe divorces are caused by who slept with whom, that is a symptom. Once you identify what is important to each person, there should be little to argue about. Once people are educated by an attorney about where they will end up if they fight, then the remaining issues can be resolved without the fight ever occurring.”
