Spending quality time together can be challenging for modern families. Breathe N Flow Yoga, in Freeport, offers families the opportunity to do just that while simultaneously improving their overall health and wellness during Family Yoga Night at 6 p.m., November 15.
In addition to performing yoga poses, parents will be educated on the benefits of bringing yoga into their family’s lifestyle during this unique event.
Breathe N Flow features multiple opportunities for families to practice yoga together. Current class offerings include Baby and Me; Kids Yoga; Adult Vinyasa Yoga; Prenatal Yoga; Restorative Yoga; and more.
