Emerge Yoga & Wellness, in Bellmore, will begin its 200-Hour Teacher Training on June 29. This training is unique, as it incorporates wisdom from various healing modalities and includes massage therapy, Reiki, life coaching and more. The program is designed to teach the student the history and philosophy behind the poses, so that the student discovers tools to intelligently sequence and instruct group and private classes. Space is limited.
