I made a radical shift to a plant-based diet and began to educate myself. I lived in Europe for three and a half years and learned many things. My wife, Dr. Anna Maria Gahns-Clement, is a renowned healthcare director from Sweden who brings practices commonly used in Scandinavia to the Institute.”
