Catherine M. Laub is offering monthly creation journaling and vision board classes starting November 14 in Lake Ronkonkoma. Participants will learn to unlock all of their thoughts and dreams by creating a visual depiction revealing everything they would like to accomplish and attain in the next year.
“A vision board and creation journals are collages of images, pictures and affirmations of your dreams, goals and things that make you happy,” explains Laub. “These are useful tools to help conceptualize your goals and serve as a source of motivation as you work towards achieving your dreams.” Laub will also be holding future classes in angel communication, and is starting a spiritual book club and a monthly Meetup group for spiritual awareness in January.
Laub is a spiritual guide and consultant as well as an angel communication master and author. With the help of angels, she guides clients to decipher the events in their lives to plan better futures. She is also working on a campaign to Brighten Your Day with Turquoise, which is about mental illness and supporting others.
