Carol Leitner, MBA, certified kripalu yoga instructor and Thai yoga bodyworker, has enjoyed marketing and supporting the holistic health practitioner community for more than 15 years via her numerous organizations, the most recent one being The Wellness and Entrepreneurs' Exchange. Her mission is to educate the community on how to keep body, mind and spirit optimally healthy, as well as refer the public to the very talented local holistic doctor/practitioner community.
To that end, Leitner is hosting another health fair, the Holistic Health Expo, on Sunday, December 8, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Four Points by Sheraton Plainview.
Expo attendees will find excellent holistic doctors, practitioners and advanced energy healers (i.e., holistic dentistry, chiropractic, spinal rejuvenation, BrainCore Therapy, ayurvedic medicine, Reiki and massage). Also available will be healthy weight-loss, nutritional and organic skin care products, essential oils and sacred jewelry. Learn about local yoga, Thai yoga bodywork, Pilates, qigong classes and trainings. Join us at 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. and hear Nancy Deutsch, LCSW and CHT, host of the Inspired & Empowered Living radio show, speak on the amazing power of intuition. And shop for healthy holiday gifts!
