Love to “fly”? If so, then this March 21 workshop may be for you! From 3 to 5 p.m., Lauren VanDeinse, of Emerge Yoga & Wellness, is leading a two-hour “core-burning, sweat-dripping, flying-fun” workshop. In this workshop, students will be encouraged through a series of sequences specifically designed to strengthen the entire body. VanDeinse firmly believes in the liberation of the mind and spirit through the empowerment of our physical bodies. For enjoyment, you should bring a T-shirt, a towel, a yoga mat and plenty of water. Important to note: This workshop is not recommended for recent beginners or those healing from severe shoulder or back injuries.
