Yoga teacher and licensed practical nurse Renee Murphy will lead a class, Alchemy 101, from 2:30 to 4 p.m., November 18, at the Center for Body Therapies and Yoga Wellness, in Huntington.
Participants will learn the art of transformation as taught in ancient mystery schools. Murphy will provide students with an understanding of alchemical philosophy and the tools they need for change and transformation.
Trained at Kripalu by Yogi Amrit Desai, Murphy is a licensed massage therapist and an active member of the American Holistic Nurses Association. Her services focus on correcting imbalances, wellness, detoxification, energetic healing and attunements, as well as nurturing those in need of rejuvenating the body to achieve vitality.
