On Tuesday, January 10, at 7 p.m., come experience and learn about relaxing and self-care during pregnancy utilizing yoga. Topics discussed will include how to ease back discomfort and decrease stress levels during pregnancy. The class will also be introducing some useful tools to manage some of the stress and discomfort associated with pregnancy, such as essential oils, self-massage and aromatherapy.
