Betrayal comes in many forms—infidelity, financial secrets, cyber friendships/sex, and more. Coming together and sharing with other women that have been betrayed to talk about the various stages of betrayal, including shock, anger, pleading, questioning, sadness, whether to forgive, and how to move on, can be so helpful and soothing during this very painful time. This eight-week support group offers women an opportunity to share, support and encourage each other and give them some sense of understanding and direction on where to go from here.
The group will meet at 708 Glen Cove Ave., Glen Head, on Monday evenings at 7:45 p.m. and will be limited to six to eight women to afford everyone ample opportunity to talk and share.
