Om Sweet Om Yoga, in Port Washington, will offer a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Summer Intensive Teacher Training beginning July 8.
Taught by Om Sweet Om Yoga’s experienced teachers, this class is the most comprehensive and complete 200 hour Vinyasa yoga teacher training. Students will be empowered to extend the benefits of their yoga practice deep into their lives and create lasting change.
Instruction includes teaching all ages, including children’s, mom and baby and prenatal yoga, as well as offering insights into the practice, history, philosophy and anatomy of yoga. The training will be held over four weeks and students have four months to complete the requirements, which include attending 50 classes as part of the curriculum (participating, assisting, observing or demonstrating).
