In order to look at the whole patient, the first visit starts with the Integrative Health Check, a 25-page questionnaire on general health and lifestyle to be completed prior to the first visit. It is during that initial visit that a full medical examination is done, including weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and urine analysis. The exam goes one step further by also looking into the mind and spirit. A clinical evaluation of the whole person—body, mind and spirit. After careful assessment of all health checks, “we will customize a wellness plan that addresses your immediate health concerns, providing you with a roadmap on your journey toward optimal health,” says Blanche.
