This fall, Harmony Yoga & Dance, in Wantagh, is offering a plethora of yoga classes. With an ever growing focus on family, the studio will be offering such classes as pregnancy yoga, baby and me yoga, teen yoga, and family yoga. A secondary yoga focus is that of yoga as therapy. Therapeutic yoga modalities available this fall include chair yoga, qigong yoga, Reiki yoga and more.
