As humans, many of us are trying to better our health. Whether you are regaining your health or preventing disease from ever occurring, our health is always evolving. In order to achieve your dreams, there are five steps to get you there.
The first step is to reconnect to what fuels you. Write down what you want to achieve everywhere. Write it on your bathroom mirror, calendar, computer, etc.! The second step to keep you on track is finding a mentor. Find someone that is already doing what you want and follow his or her lead. The third step is to create a vision board. Place your short-term and long-term goals on it. This will show you the “big picture.” The fourth step is to write down your accomplishments. Write down everything that’s going right. Sometimes we forget where we started and our accomplishments. Lastly, take a moment to recharge. If you don’t take a break, it can get in the way of where you are going.
