Om Sweet Om is celebrating its 10- year anniversary and is excited to offer a new series of trainings and workshops for yoga teachers, designed to offer continuing educational opportunities in assisting, advanced asana, yoga therapeutics, restorative yoga, and much more. Continuing education for yoga teachers offered monthly. Cost varies based on workshop/training. This is a new source for continuing education for yoga teachers on Long Island. Om Sweet Om offers a place for yogis to continue their yoga teaching career at a local yoga studio.
